Anti-dumping

On August 22nd, 2015, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of flat rolled mill products from stainless steel from China and Chinese Taipei (Notification 2015/38, 22.08.2015). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheadings: 7219.31, 7219.32, 7219.33, 7219.34, 7219.35 and 7220.20. The complaint was lodged by Posco Assan TST Çelik San. A.S.
 
On 30 October 2016, the Turkish authorities terminated the above investigation without the imposition of duties (Notification 2016/47). This follows the above applicant withdrawing its complaint.
