Anti-dumping

On January 10, 2014, the Turkish authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of uncoloured float glass from Israel (Notification 2014/3). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 7005.29. The complaint was lodged by Trakya Cam San. ve Tic. A.S.
 
On June 27th, 2015, the Turkish authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of the above-mentioned products originating in Israel (Notification 2015/23, 27.06.2015). The rate of the duty is 37.57% of the CIF value, at the exception of the company Phoenicia Flat Glass Industries Ltd. whose exports are subject to a duty of 20% of the CIF value.

On 23 June 2020, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the definitive duty imposed on imports of uncoloured float glass from Israel. This follows the application lodged by Trakya Cam Sanayii A.Ş.
