In September 2014, the members of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan announced a suspension of import duties on certain resins.

Import tariff

On 18 September 2014, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan (in Decision 65) reduced from 7.7% to 0 % the import duty on polimetilenfenilizotsianat (HS 3909 30 000 1 of the Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity). In addition, a new position HS 3909 30 000 9 (others) was added. According to the latest tariff information reported to the WTO in 2012, the prior applied duty for HS 3909 30 was equal to 10%.
The Decision enters into force on 1 November 2014.
