United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of non-oriented electrical steel from China, Germany, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Sweden and Chinese Taipei

In November 2013, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of non-oriented electrical steel from China, Germany, Japan, Rep. of Korea, Sweden and Chinese Taipei. The investigation is still in progress. In May 2014, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In December 2014, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2020. In November 2025, a sunset review was initiated (notice published in December 2025).
