United States of America: Definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of fine dernier polyester staple fiber from China, India, Rep of Korea and Chinese Taipei (Initiation and subsequent termination of anti-dumping investigation on imports from Vietnam)

In June 2017, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of fine dernier polyester staple fiber from China, India, Rep. of Korea, Chinese Taipei and Viet Nam. In July 2017, the definitive duty was terminated on Viet Nam. In January 2018, a provisional duty was imposed on China, India, Rep. of Korea and Chinese Taipei. In July 2018, a definitive duty was imposed on China, India, Rep. of Korea and Chinese Taipei. In February 2023, a sunset review was initiated.
