Anti-dumping

On October 4, 2007, the Thai authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of glass block from Czech Republic.
 
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 7016.9000. The dumping is suspected to have occurred between October 1, 2006 and September 30, 2007.
 
On August 8, 2008, the Thai authorities imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of glass block from Czech Republic. The rate ofthe duty is 93.67%.
 
On January 15, 2009, the Thai authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of glass block from Czech Republic. The rate of the duty is 54.33%.
 
The anti-dumping measure imposed on January 15, 2009 on imports of glass block originating in Czech Republic expired on January 14, 2014.
