On 17 May 2013, Brazil adopted Resolution No. 103 allowing foreign students to work 90 days (full or part time) in Brazil during their holidays. Students must be enrolled in a master's, postgraduate or doctoral programme outside Brazil. Exchange students temporarily studying in Brazil are not included in the scheme.
