Argentina: Suspension of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain types of copper fungicide from Chile and the United States (Termination without duty concerning imports from Peru and Uruguay)

In April 2013, the government of Argentina initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and in October 2014 a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2021. In June 2023, the definitive duty was temporarily suspended.
