The Argentine Government eliminated export controls, registered exporter rules and selected seaports related to exports of raw hides and skins of bovine or equine animals.

On 4 April 2019, the Federal Public Income Administration of Argentina has adopted General Resolution 4454/2019 revoking General Resolution 3523/2013. The change that has been introduced has led to the simplification of procedures related to the exportation of raw hides and skins of bovine or equine animals classified under tariff subheading NCM 4101. Concretely, the new legislation eliminates the export controls that were set in 2013 including the obligation to use only certain seaport to export products classified under the affected tariff line.
