Production subsidy

On October 15, 2012, the Government of the Russian Federation (according to Resolution 1917) approved the allocation of a subsidy to 62 recipients. The purpose of the subsidy is to partially reimburse the expenses of countryside farm enterprises they incur in the process of becoming owners of agricultural land. The total amount of the subsidy is 262,923,500 Russian Roubles.
 
The GTA includes state guarantees and other financial incentives that are likely to affect the restructuring and performance of firms facing international competition, whether from imports, in export markets, and from foreign subsidiaries.
