Import tariff

In a decision published in the April 3, 2019 edition of Customs Bulletin and Decisions, U.S. Customs and Border Protection proposed that dust skirts of 50% polyester and 50% cotton be reclassified from HTSUS 6303.91.0000 (11.7% duty) to HTSUS 6303.92.20 (11.3% duty). The change will be effective with respect to goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 3, 2019.
