Regulation 120/2018 amends initial regulation 20/2014 on the importation of alcoholic beverages for the fifth time (see Related State Acts). This amendment introduces the requirement that the importation must be conducted through a bonded logistics centre ("PLB") (art. 10A).

The regulation defines PLB as "a Bonded Stockpiling Place to store goods originating outside the customs area and/or goods originating from other places within the customs area." (own translation)

The regulation came into force on 1 January 2019.
