Import tariff

On 13 March 2015, the Federal Administration for Public Revenue of Argentina (AFIP) has adopted General Resolution 3750/2015 modifying the import criterion values set on men's slips classified under tariffs subheadings NCM 6107.11.00 and 6107.12.00.

The new reference prices have been changed from a FOB value ranging between USD 16.68 and USD 24.60 per kilogramme to a FOB value ranging between USD 1.32 and USD 51.72 per unit depending on the characteristics of the product. The previously applicable values were set at External Notice 91/2008.

This General Resolution affects the following jurisdictions: the Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bangladesh, Mauritius and Macao.

This measure entered into force on 18 March 2015.

Import tariff

General Resolution 3750/2015 adopted by the Federal Administration for Public Revenue of Argentina on 13 March 2015,  has also established import criterion values on men's slips classified under tariffs subheading NCM 6107.19.00.

The new reference prices have been set at a FOB value of USD 1.72 per unit. Previously, no import criterion values applied to this tariff line.

This change affects the following jurisdictions: the Republic of Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Philippines, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Mauritius and Macao.

This measure entered into force on 18 March 2015.
