On June 5, 2018, the Eurasian Economic Union modified dozens of tariffs, leading to an increase in many tariffs and elimination of some.

On June 5, 2018, the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission (the executive body of the Eurasian Economic Union) modified duties on dozens of items, effective 1 September 2018. These modifications could be grouped into three categories:
Since the waivers and reductions (category 1) were implemented in line with Russia's WTO obligations, they are not covered by the GTA, which only reports unilateral actions. Categories 2 and 3 are covered in the two interventions below, with varying termination dates.
On 11 December 2018, the Collegium extended the waiver on phosphates (tariff line 2510 20 000) from 5 January 2019 to 5 January 2020.
On June 5, 2018, the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission (the executive body of the Eurasian Economic Union) increased duties on dozens of items up to the bound rates (3-15% depending on the good), with a simultaneous suspension of the increase until dates varying with each item (between 1 January 2019 and 1 January 2021). The interventions enter into force on 1 September 2018.
