Export quota

On August 15, 2017, the Mexican Secretariat of Economy issued a new Notice announcing a new extraordinary quota of sugar allowed to be export to the United States of America during the period lasting from October 1, 2016, to September 30, 2017. The new total volume has been increased by 94,285.551 MT. Previously, the total export quota was set at 1,042,854.51 MT.
