The Ministry of Industry regulation 5/2018 amends the 2017 regulation on the production of motor vehicles with four or more wheels (cf. Related State Acts). Inter alia, the amendment introduces a requirement for imports of incompletely knocked down motor vehicles to obtain a letter of consent from the Director General of the Ministry of Industry (art. 24a of the regulation).

A detailed list of parts requiring a letter of consent can be found in the first appendix of the regulation.

The regulation came into force on the day of its announcement, i.e. on 15 March 2018.
