Import tariff

In a decision published in the January 10, 2018 edition of Customs Bulletin and Decisions, U.S. Customs and Border Protection proposed that inflatable queen-size beds should be reclassified from HTSUS 9403.70.80 (duty-free) to HTSUS 3926.90.7500 (4.2% duty). The change will be effective with respect to goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after March 12, 2018.
