Anti-dumping

 On 8 October 2011, Ningbo Zhonghua-Paper Co Ltd and five other Chinese paper companies submitted an anti-dumping investigation application to the MOFCOM on behalf of the entire Chinese domestic paper industry. After reviewing the application and in accordance with Article 16 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the MOFCOM decided to start anti-dumping investigation on the product concerned.
 

On 18 November 2011, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) issued the Notice No.82 (2011), announcing the initiation of anti-dumping investigation on folding boxboard (listed under 48103100, 48103200, 48103900, 48109200, 48109900, 48115190, 48115999, 48116090 in the import tariffs of the Chinese Customs) from the US.
 

 The investigation term shall be one year, from the date of 18 November 2011 to 18 November 2012. If special circumstances occur, the term may be extended to 18 May 2013.
 
On 16 May 2013, the Ministry of Commerce decded to terminate the investigation without the imposition of duties.
