Trade finance

The export loan was announced in January 2009 and finances the delivery of one Airbus A320-200 aircraft ('1 Airbus A-320-200') to the Philippines. The benefitting German exporter is Airbus S.A.S..

The German Eximbank only publishes value ranges for the projects it finances. The present project is in category 1. This category includes projects with a financing value between 10 and 15 million EUR. The GTA assumes the lower bound amount of the respective category, in this case 10 million EUR (13 million USD), as the conservative estimate of the project value.

The maturity of the loan will be 12 years. The financing institution is CALYON Deutschland, Branch of a French Soci?t? Anonyme,Frankfurt.
