FDI: Entry and ownership rule

On 24 May 2011, the government of Bosnia & Herzegovina raised its cap on foreign ownership in the military sector.
 
Under the amendment ot the Law on Foreign Investment, foreigner may now hold up to 49 percent of a company operating in the production of arms, ammunition, explosives for the military use, military equipment and public information
