Financial assistance in foreign market

On the 17th of May 2017, the investment subsidiary of China Construction America (CCA), Strategic Capital, annouced that it had invested $140m of funds into a new construction project in New York, NY, USA. CCA's parent company, China State Construction Engineering (CSCE) is a Chinese state-owned construction company, heavily supported by both the Chinese government and Export-Import bank of China in extending the tendrils of China's construction industry overseas.
