In December 2009, the government of China initiated a sunset review and extended the duty in December 2010. In January 2017, the duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in January 2016. In December 2021, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2022.
