Anti-dumping

On August 26th 2010, Brazil made public through its Secretary of Foreign Trade (SECEX) its decision to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on the imports of flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, the Republic of Korea, Spain, Mexico, Russia, Chinese Taipei and Turkey.
These products are classified under the codes 7208.51.00 (thickness exceeding 10mm) and 7208.52.00 ( thickness between 4.75mm and 10mm) ofMercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM).
The investigation was definitively terminated on November 23rd, 2011.
