Trade finance

 On 10 April 2014, the German Eximbank KfW announced it would provide an export credit worth almost 600 million USD over a period of 12 years for the purchase of a cruise ship by the Hong Kong-based company Star Cruises. The ship will be produced by the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany.
A month later (cf. Related Measures) Start Cruises obtained another export credit for a second cruise ship.
The list of affected trading partners is based on the 6-digit HS code 890110.
