Price stabilisation

On 23 December 2017, the Russian Government issued permission to sell up to 500 thousand tonnes of wheat stockpiled through government purchase interventions in 2008-2016. The affected grains are wheat and forage barley. The released grain has to be exported. The act was published on 26 December 2017 and covers sales of 2017 and 2018.
