ANNOUNCED AS TEMPORARYNo
Export licensing requirement
In addition to the other changes to the 2010 edition of China's catalogue of 'dual-use' goods subject to licensing, 10 items (at HS 8-digit level) were newly added to the list compared to the previous year's.
'Dual-use' goods are goods that the Chinese authorities consider able to be used for both civilian and military purposes.
This means that these products were newly subject to the licensing requirements in 2010, hence constituting a red intervention.
