Export quota

On June 3, 2015, the Cabinet Council of Bolivia adopted Supreme Decree 2391 increasing the export quota on maize (HS Code 1005.90.11.00). The quota was increased from 120,000 to a maximum of 270,000 tonnes. However, the quota is subject to governmental verification that the internal market supply is at no risk of shortages.
