Anti-dumping

On February 21, 2014, the South Korean authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of valves for pneumatic transmissions from Japan.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 8481.2000 and 8481.9000.
The dumping is suspected to have occurred between April 2012 and March 2013.
On 19 August 2015, the Korean authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of valves for pneumatic transmissions from Japan. The rate of the duty imposed ranges between 11.66% and 31.61% depending on the exporting company.
