Anti-dumping

On July 27, 2013, the Ukrainian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of seamless stainless steel tubes from China.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 7304.4100 and 7304.4992. The dumping is suspected to have occurred between July 1, 2012, and June 30, 2013.
On November 29, 2014, the Ukrainian authorities decided to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject goods originating in China. The rate of the duty is 41.07%. It applies to all Chinese companies, at the exception of the company Zhejiang Longda Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. which has concluded a price undertaking agreement with the Ukrainian authorities. This definitive duty entered into force on December 30, 2014.
