On 1 June 2011, Bolivia's Cabinet Council adopted Decree No. 0893 allowing exports of sugar cane, up to a maximum of 60,000 tonnes, under the condition that the Bolivian market is well-supplied at "fair prices." This measure entered into force on 1 June 2011.
