On 16 June 2011, the Argentinian authorities initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty imposed. Prior, on 15 June 2006, the Argentinian Ministry of Economy and Public Finances published Resolution 479 approving the imposition of definitive anti-dumping duties on certain pesticides imported from China. The concerned HS code is 3808.9195.
On 14 December 2012, the Ministry decided to extend the imposition of the anti-dumping duties in force for a period of three years. The rate of duty is the minimum f.o.b. price of USD 13.26 per kg.
On 14 December 2015, the above duty was terminated following its expiry.
