NoThe Order from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture # 82 from 3 March 2009 introduces a discrimination in granting subsidized loans to farmers depending on the origin of agricultural equipment and primary agricultural products they purchase. This measure could be considered as discriminatory against foreign producers of machineries. The amount of money which government allocates for this measure in 2010 is 3.5 billion rubles (about 85 million Euros) which might attract up to 70 billion rubles (1.7billion Euros) for purchasing domestically produced agricultural machineries.
