Import licensing requirement

The Government of the Russian Federation (according to Decree No. 556) introduced temporary licensing with respect to imports of gravel and crushed stone from 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2016. The affected tariff lines are: 2517 10 100 0, 2517 10 200 0, 2517 10 8000 0, 2517 49 000 0. This state intervention is valid with respect to jurisdictions which are not Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union.
