NoOn 19 July 2016, the government of Argentina via Resolution 3912 updated the reference values for exports of natural honey.
The export reference values referring to the countries of Finland, Hungary, Israel, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Russian Federation, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, and Portugal correspond to a FOB value of USD 2.40 per kilogram, down from USD 3.20.
Furthermore, the export reference values referring to Canada, United States of America, China, Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Republic of Korea, Democratic People Republic of Korea and Taiwan correspond to a FOB value of USD 2.20 per kilogram, down from USD 3.38.
This resolution entered into force on 28 July 2016.
Following the GTA de minimis rule, only eligible trading partners with honey imports from Argentina exceeding USD 1 million are listed as affected.
