Import licensing requirement

Effective from 15 February 2016 (according to Decree of the Council of Ministers of Belarus No. 104 of 8 February 2016) Belarus introduces temporary licensing for 6 months of imports of certain gypsum boards classified under codes 6809 11 000 0 and 6809 19 000 0.
This measure is to be applied for countries that do not belong to the single customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. Hence, only such countries must be indicated as affected trading partners.
Starting from 16 August 2016, this state intervention has been extended for further 6 months by Decree of the Council of Ministers of Belarus No. 634 of 13 August 2016.
