With Decree 182 of March 14, 2013, the Council of Ministers of Belarus approved the compensation (through Belarusbank) of the company '558 Aviation Repair Plant' for interest payments on an export loan (USD 12 million), received on January 9, 2013, at market rates (CIRR or Commercial Interest Reference Rate, the minimum interest rates, which may be applied under the OECD arrangement on guidelines for officially supported export credits).
The GTA includes state guarantees and other financial incentives that are likely to affect the restructuring and performance of firms facing international competition, whether from imports, in export markets, and from foreign subsidiaries.
