Export subsidy

On 7 May 2014, the Indian Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution notified through Notification G.S.R. 326(E) a reduction in the incentive on raw sugar exports for the months of April and May 2014 from INR 3300 (~USD 53) per ton to INR 2777 (~USD 46) per ton.
