On 24 February 2014, the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (according to Decision No. 2) decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation with regard to crawler dozers with fixed and turning blade and capacity of up to 250 HP originating from the People's Republic of China. The product subject to investigation is classified under the following code: 8429 11 0009 1.
In the final report concerning this anti-dumping investigation of 6 August 2015 was proposed the imposition of definitive anti-dumping duties for a period of 5 years that vary between 9.65 and 44.65 per cent. In order they to enter into force, they must be approved by the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
On 12 December 2015, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject good from China. The rate of duty is between 9.65% and 44.65% of the customs value depending on the company. The measure is in force for a period of five years.
