On 5 September 2014 the Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (according to Decision No. 9) decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation with regard to truck tyres originating from the People's Republic of China. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following codes: 4011 20 100 1, 4011 20 100 9, 4011 20 900 1, 4011 20 900 9.
In the final report concerning this anti-dumping investigation dated 14 August 2015 was proposed the imposition of definitive anti-dumping duties for a period of 5 years that vary between 14.79 and 35.35 per cent. In order they to enter into force, they must be approved by the Collegium of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
On 18 December 2015, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject good from China. The rate of duty is between 14.79% and 35.35% of the customs value depending on the company. The measure is in force for a period of five years.
