Localisation incentive

On 17 June 2014, The Banco de la Nacion Argentina (BNA) launched a new line of personal loans called "Mi Moto'' ("My Motorcylce"). This line is aimed to finance the acquisition of new vehicles that are exclusively manufactured in Argentina.
 
This line of loans, is characterized with a fixed rate of 26% to 32% and a duration of up to 40 months. Furthermore, the line also specifies the presence of a French amortization system and a maximum amount (per user) of USD 1591.16 (of up 100% value of the unit).
The GTA includes state guarantees and other financial incentives that are likely to affect the restructuring and performance of firms facing international competition, whether from imports, in export markets, and from foreign subsidiaries.
