On 20 May 2015, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council (Camex) issued Resolution no. 43 introducing four tariff-rate quotas on goods carrying the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM):

On 19 February 2016 the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council (Camex) revoked the above standing tariff rate quota on 4-Chloro-alfa, alfa, alfa-trifluoro-3.5dinitrotoluene (NCM 2904.90.14).
