Public procurement preference margin

 On 11 March 2011, the French energy regulator CRE announced the details of the tender for offshore wind farms with up to 1GW wind capacity. Within the bidding process, 40% of the bid assessment was based on an industrial component which included the establishment of local jobs and supply chains.
On 18 March 2013, CRE published the details for the second tender, which included the same criteria for the bid assessment.
