ANNOUNCEMENT 17 Oct 2014
In October 2014, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Union initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and definitive duties were imposed in January 2016. In July 2019, the EEU temporarily suspended the definitive duty from August 2019.

On 17 October 2014 was initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of steel railway wheels (HS 8607.19.10) from Ukraine.
Decision of the EEC Board No. 170 of 22 December 2015 imposed anti-dumping duties from 21 January 2016 to 21 January 2021 as follows:
On 6 March 2018, the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission issued Decision No. 34 amending the definitive duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Ukraine. The rate of is 34.22%. The duty enters into force 30 days of from the date of publication, i.e. 5 April 2018.
On 26 July 2019, the Eurasian Economic Commission Decision No. 125 temporarily suspending the definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of steel railway wheels from Ukraine from 22 August 2019 until 1 June 2020.
