In December 2014, the Eurasian Economic Union initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. In July 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In June 2021, a sunset review was initiated.

On 26 December 2014 was initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of ferrosilicon manganese (HS 7202.30) from Ukraine.
Decision No. 58 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of 2 July 2016 imposed the following anti-dumping duties in the period 28.10.2016--27.10.2021.
On 25 June 2021, the Eurasian Economic Commission announced the initiation of a sunset review of the definitive duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Ukraine. This follows the application lodged by Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant JSC, West Siberian Electrometallurgical Plant LLC, Taraz Metallurgical Plant LLP, Temirtau Electrometallurgical Plant JSC, Aksu Ferroalloy Plant - a branch of TNK Kazchrome.
On 26 August 2021, the Eurasian Economic Commission extended the definitive duty on imports of the subject good from Ukraine until 24 June 2022, following the initiation of the sunset review.
On 8 April 2022, the Eurasian Economic Commission extended the definitive duty on imports of the subject good from Ukraine until 24 December 2022.
