Anti-subsidy

On July 2nd, 2014, the Egyptian authorities initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of polyethylene terephthalate originating in China, India, Malaysia, Oman and Pakistan.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 3907.60.
On 3 November 2015, the Egyptian authorities terminated above investigation without the imposition of duties. The investigation was terminated as no serious injury had been determined.
