Import ban

On 31 December 2008, the Ministry of Commerce issued Statement No.121, removing 27 items from the list of import and export bans in forcesince 2008.
Import bans were lifted on six items (HS codes: 2603000010, 2603000090, 2604000001, 2604000090, 2605000001, 2605000090).
 
Export bans were lifted 21 items (HS codes: 2830903000, 2843900010,2843900090, 2910300000, 3004905910, 3214100000, 7403111100, 7403111900,7502100000, 7502200000, 7604101000, 7604109000, 7604210000, 7604291010,7604291090, 7605110000, 7605190000, 7605210000, 7605290000, 8105209001,8105209010).
 
The new policy will come into effect on 1 February 2009.
