Anti-dumping

On September 2, 2014, the Malaysian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of steel concrete reinforcing bar in straight length form from China and South Korea.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 7214.2021, 7214.2029, 7214.2091, 7214.2099, 7228.1010, 7228.1090, 7228.2010, 7228.2090, 7228.3010, 7228.3090, 7228.4010, 7228.4090, 7228.5010, 7228.5090, 7228.6010 and 7228.6090.
The complaint was lodged on August 4, 2014.
 
On January 30, 2015, the Malaysian authorities decided to terminate the investigation without imposing any anti-dumping measure.
