On 6 October 2010, the Turkish government decided to establish tariff quotas for some agricultural products like milk, cream, butter, palm oil etc. ranging from 2,500 to 9,000 tons per product. There was no such benefit prior to this intervention.
This measure is valid from the 1 January 2010 till 31 December 2010.
The rate outside ranges from 10-150% depending on the product for the whole world (EU members too). Bosnia makes to all products an exemption with 0% import fees and Georgia for some products only also profits from 0% import fees.
