Public procurement localisation

On February 23, 2015, the Russian government increased the registered capital of the state-owned leasing enterprise 'Rosagroleasing' with 2 billion RUB (ca. 32 million USD) through Order 286-p.
The new funds shall be allocated to a programme for the purchase Russian modern agricultural machinery for seasonal works. The machinary shall then be leased to Russian farmers at preferential conditions.
It is a stated aim of the legal act to boost demand on the local market for this particular type of machinery.
