Import tariff

According to the joint report of the WTO, the OECD and UNCTAD on G20 Trade and Investment Measures, published on 14 September 2009, Indonesia has introduced new import tariffs (from 0 to 5%) for raw materials and for processed milk products (milk powder and processed milk) on 28 May 2009 by regulation 101/PMK.011/2009. It replaces the import tariffs adopted by regulation 19/2009 (cf. Related Measures).
 
The Permanent Delegation of Indonesia to the WTO has verified the stated measure.
